❤️☀️🏊‍♀️ This November, I'm swimming for Sick Kids 🏊‍♀️☀️❤️

You may or may not know that I am about to begin my career in Paediatric Nursing, doing my final placement this month in the Paediatric Ward of Broken Hill Hospital. 

I'm taking part in Swim for Sick Kids whilst I do this to support seriously ill and injured children and their families. For sick kids staying at Ronald McDonald House in Randwick, they just want their families close as they battle childhood diseases, illnesses and injuries.

On average, it costs $190 to support a sick child and their family for one night at the House. The families stay for FREE so they can focus on what is most important, their sick child.

So that’s why I’m swimming a ridiculous number of kms across November whilst rural nursing… to raise money so Ronald McDonald can continue to provide these families free accomodation, food, emotional support and so much more!
