I'm fundraising for sick kids!
On the 5th May 2024, Newington College Boarding Students will complete a 15km coastal run from Watsons Bay to Coogee Beach to raise much needed funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney.
Our goal, as a whole Boarding House, will be $5,000 which is the cost to run Ronald McDonald House Randwick for one night. The Newington Boarders volunteer throughout the year at Ronald McDonald House in Randwick by cooking dinner for the families staying there. They understand how vital this service is for the families that don’t have specialist medical care within their communities.
This year we will be joined by the boarders from Kincoppal Rose Bay, who have also come and cooked meals at Ronald McDonald House in Randwick.
