Before you begin organising your fundraising activity/event, please complete this form and return it to Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney. We will provide you with an Authority to Fundraise letter once your event has been approved. Then you can get started!

Please note that approval of your application may only be granted when the licence holder has received a completed application form and is satisfied that the fundraising activity fits in with aims and purposes of the licence holder.

Once your application has been approved a letter confirming your authorisation to fundraise under our licence will be issued.
